I took part in a trial programme using creativity as a tool to help people with long covid. It was designed by 64 Million Artists and Monique from Still Ill Corona Diary and I got so much from it. I created at least one piece everyday and Monique asked for f she could share some on her website. I'm sharing the photo above which was a colour representation of my symptoms. I used fluid art techniques to create the painting below to show the complexity of Long Covid.
