Do you have the time to rest
The time to just be you?
Perhaps the better question:
When's your time to NOT do?
So busy with the endless lists
Demands upon your days
But if you stop and reassess
Could there be other ways?
Ways to carve out time to sit
To remember who you are
Remember what matters most in life
Or just gaze upon the stars
All the endless busyness
A grind stone for the soul
Let's start today by stopping
Let stillness be the goal
