I have created this zine with diagrams and templates I have been using over the last several months to help me pace myself and better manage my energy efficiency. I am sharing them now freely as a pdf download in the hope that they might help others as they have helped me.
I have also shared these with family and friends to help them understand what life with limited energy and fatigue is like. Feel free to share this zine in this way help you explain your varying energy to others. Note: I did not design this analogy of an energy battery.
However the diagrams and templates are my own, inspired by the articles I have read.
